At Bennevi.com, we keep shipping straightforward: clear timelines, free delivery, and proactive updates along the way. This page explains how we process, ship, and track your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping — but we're working on it.
Order Processing & Cut-Off
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Processing time: We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery Times
Here's what to expect once you place your order:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer than the estimates above.
Carriers & Tracking
The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress at any time.
Address Changes
- Before dispatch: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. We'll amend it as long as your parcel hasn't yet left our warehouse.
- After dispatch: Address changes may no longer be possible. In many cases you can adjust delivery preferences directly with the carrier using your tracking link.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions depending on applicable regulations or carrier limitations.
Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you if this happens and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Missed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window:
- Check your tracking link for updates or attempted-delivery notes.
- Look in common safe places and check with neighbors or your building's mailroom.
- If it's still unresolved, email us at support@bennevi.com with your order number.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, or has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Damaged Parcels
We're sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bennevi.com with clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected item(s). Once we've verified the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Split Shipments
To get available items to you faster, we may ship your order in more than one parcel at no extra cost. Each parcel will include its own tracking link.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to improve our service or to meet applicable requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. (Last updated: June 13, 2026)
