Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Availability may vary depending on your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption, and payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant providers. We never store your full card number — our processors share only limited details, such as the card brand and last four digits, to identify your transaction.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, free of charge — just email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it after it arrives.
Why was my order placed on hold or canceled?
For your protection, we may verify order details before dispatch. If we can't verify an order, or if it appears high-risk, we may place it on hold or cancel it and issue a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping yet, but we're working on it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after that — so most orders arrive within 8–13 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress at any time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses?
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. Please provide a standard street address at checkout.
My order arrived in more than one package — is that normal?
Yes. To get available items to you faster, we sometimes split an order into multiple parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
First, check your tracking link and any safe places around your delivery location. If it's still unresolved, email us with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost, or hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@bennevi.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll review your request and send you a return authorization (RMA) with instructions. Items sent back without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
How do exchanges work?
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it within 3 business days and let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may need an additional 1–7 business days to post the funds — up to 10 business days in total from when we receive your return.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once we've verified the issue, we'll prioritize a free replacement or full refund.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Yes. Gift cards, final sale and clearance items, personalized or custom-made products, and items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags or packaging are not eligible for return.

How do I choose the right size or fit?
Please refer to the size guide on the relevant product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us — we're happy to help you choose.
The color looks a little different from the photos. Why?
Colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, and settings. We do our best to represent every item accurately. If you have concerns about a specific item, just reach out before ordering.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
