We want you to shop with confidence at Bennevi.com. If something isn't right, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
- To cancel, email us at support@bennevi.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled — please follow the return steps below once it arrives.
Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it
- Complete with all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive faulty:
- Gift cards
- Final sale and clearance items
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@bennevi.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We'll review your request and, once approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Ship your return to our warehouse address using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover them.
Items sent back without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.
Exchanges
- Different size or color: The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
- Our mistake (wrong or defective item): We'll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@bennevi.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll prioritize a free replacement or a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows no movement, or your order is running late, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- If your parcel still hasn't been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds — Timeline & Method
- Inspection: Once your return reaches our warehouse, we inspect it within 3 business days and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Bank processing: Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 1–7 business days to post the funds to your account.
- Total timeline: Up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@bennevi.com.
