4. Your Payment Information

Your full card number is never accessible to us. Bennevi.com does not store your full primary account number (PAN). Our payment processors provide us only with limited information, such as the card brand and the last four digits, to help us identify your transaction.

We do store essential billing metadata (for example, billing address, transaction ID, and order details) in order to fulfill your order, assist with support, and comply with legal and accounting requirements.

5. Authorization, Verification & Fraud Prevention

Your card or bank statement may show a descriptor such as "BENNEVI" or "BENNEVI.COM" for your purchase. If you don't recognize a charge or are unsure about it, please contact us first — most questions can be resolved quickly.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time (typically 1–7 business days) to post the funds to your account.
